The special ESC is a current-measuring control unit. That is, it measures the basis of a 0.1 ohm resistor measuring the current flow during the motor running.

If the current is higher than the set value example maximum current set value = 6 kg load, then the software switches off the ESC.

The software in  the ESC is designed only for 10 NiMh cells or 3 Lipo cells. Nominal voltage of 12 volts is specifically designed for operation of these cylinders.

BEC-supply for receiver

The ESC has its own 5 volt supply which can also be used for a receiver. However, more servos should not be operated on here, as this may affect the current measurement.

Control range

The ESC regulator regulates the speed continuously backwards and forwards with overload protection in both directions.
