Freight cost are based on standard metro area extra charged might apply to non metro area and PO boxes.
If you need additional insurance cover please advice us if not standards carrier insurance will apply some case there might be no cover.
CSMI has no control over freight delay damage or loss of goods.Once tracking no has been provided its the customer responsibility  to follow up and  track the items. CSMI has no responsibility for delivery lost or damaged good. Insurance is recommended to prevent such events so you are covered for any loss

Free shipping is based on Fixed address delivered by contracted courier from CSMI preferred supplier list and must be delivered to a fixed address. This does not apply to PO BOX.
